You can review your Conversation Data within the App at any time. If you would like to export or delete practice sessions, please contact us using the details below and we will action your request.

We retain Conversation Data while your account remains active and delete or anonymise it upon your request or after 12 months of inactivity, unless a longer period is required by law.

We analyse aggregated or anonymised Conversation Data to monitor system performance, improve the AI tutor, and ensure content quality. This processing is carried out under our legitimate interest in delivering a high-quality learning experience. You may opt out of this improvement use at any time by contacting us.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information that is unrelated to IELTS practice topics. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you provide to the Service.
